"Honestly.. - the square didn’t have enough anti-slip tape towards the edges. - the blade was way too small.. just send a normal box cutter instead. - the awl was a bit large for tracing patterns - the package of needles were already opened and strewn about the box, but all was accounted for. Otherwise, ok. Not sure it’s the best thing for a beginner tbh but hey, I’m a beginner. 😁 these are just my honest opinions."

"I purchased this kit after months of contemplating beginning my leather crafting journey. This kit has most of everything you need to dip your feet in to craft - cutting, and stitching. After a month of crafting, I found myself having to Replace many of the tools in this kit including but not limited to stitching chisels, thread (the one provided was too thick), cutting board, and knife from Amazon. These replacements greatly improved my experience. For example, the stitching chisels provided in the kit required much more hammering than those I found on Amazon. Quality of equipment could receive some quality of life improvements."
