"Great buckle, beefy ans strong. That said, this is the second time I ordered this buckle in this size, i also ordered 2 of the 2 inch #999s, and for some reason when i ordered the 2-1/2 inch in Nickel Plated, i got stainless steel and when I ordered 2 of the 2 inch stainless steel, i got Nickel Plated. Anyone ordering these should probably keep that in mind and maybe ask to make sure. I mentioned it a few times to customer service, but they didn't seem to believe me. Not sure what else I can do but just deal with it. The two that were supposed to be plated were worth, I think $7, compared to $2. 70, so the friend i made collars for using them made out alright (though they don't match the rest of the nickel hardware I used, nit that he noticed), but I, who kept the other 2, ended up losing out with buckles a few dollars cheaper than what I paid for. Oh well. They're still awesome buckles."
